At ITT Travel Agency, SLS Travel, and GoExclusive Club, we believe that exceptional travel begins with clear communication, mutual trust, and shared expectations.These General Terms & Conditions have been designed to provide transparency and protect both travellers and our company. They explain how bookings are made, how services are delivered, and the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.We encourage all travellers to read these Terms carefully before confirming a booking. Should you have any questions, our team will be pleased to assist you.
1. PURPOSE AND APPLICATION
1.1 Purpose
These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between ITT, Turistične agencije, Marija Šepetavc Turković, s.p. ("ITT Travel Agency", "ITT", "SLS Travel", "GoExclusive Club", "we", "our", or "us") and any person or entity ("Client" or "Traveller") who purchases, books, registers for, participates in, or otherwise uses travel services offered, organised, sold, promoted, or facilitated by ITT.
1.2 Scope
These Terms apply to all travel services provided, arranged, sold, marketed, or facilitated by ITT, including but not limited to:
- Package travel
- Tailor-made travel
- Luxury travel
- Private journeys
- Group travel
- Educational travel
- School trips
- Erasmus programmes
- Corporate travel
- Incentive travel (MICE)
- Cruises
- Yacht charters
- Accommodation bookings
- Transportation services
- Excursions
- Guided tours
- Membership services
- Travel consulting services
- DMC services
- Services within the European Union
- Services in third countries worldwide
1.3 Priority of Documents
Where specific written terms appear in:
- Travel programmes
- Quotations
- Booking confirmations
- Charter agreements
- Cruise contracts
- Educational programme agreements
- Supplier agreements
- Partner agreements
- Invoices
- Vouchers
those specific written terms shall prevail over these Terms to the extent of any express conflict and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. DEFINITIONS AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK
2.1 Definitions
Client:
The person, company, institution, organisation, travel agency, school, association, or other legal entity making the booking.
Traveller:
Any individual participating in or benefiting from travel services.
Travel Services:
Accommodation, transportation, cruises, yacht charters, excursions, travel arrangements, destination management services, consulting services, educational travel, event services, and related services.
Package Travel:
A package travel arrangement as defined by Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and applicable national legislation.
Supplier:
Any independent third-party provider including hotels, airlines, cruise operators, yacht charter companies, transportation providers, guides, insurance providers, destination management companies, and other service providers.
Booking:
Any confirmed reservation made through ITT.
Force Majeure:
Extraordinary circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
2.2 Applicable Law
Package travel arrangements are subject to Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements and applicable Slovenian legislation.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
3. FORMATION OF CONTRACT AND BOOKING PROCEDURES
3.1 Offer and Acceptance
A binding contract is formed only when:
- ITT issues a written booking confirmation; and/or
- ITT receives the required deposit or full payment.
3.2 Client Obligations
The Client warrants that all information provided to ITT is:
- Complete
- Accurate
- Up to date
The Client shall promptly notify ITT of any changes.
Any additional costs, losses, supplier penalties, denied boarding, denied entry, administrative expenses, or liabilities arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information shall be borne by the Client.
3.3 Review of Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for reviewing all:
- Booking confirmations
- Invoices
- Vouchers
- Itineraries
- Travel documents
- Passenger details
- Accommodation details
- Travel schedules
immediately upon receipt.
Any discrepancy, misspelling, incorrect passenger information, incorrect date, incorrect room allocation, or other inaccuracy must be reported without undue delay.
ITT shall not be responsible for losses arising from the traveller's failure to review and verify booking documentation.
4. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
4.1 Standard Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise specified in the individual quotation, travel programme, booking confirmation, charter agreement, cruise agreement, educational programme, partner agreement, supplier agreement, or formal invoice, a deposit of 30% of the total travel price shall be payable upon booking.
The remaining balance shall be payable no later than 30 days prior to departure.
4.2 Alternative Payment Schedules
Different payment schedules may apply to:
- Cruises
- Yacht charters
- Airline tickets
- Tailor-made programmes
- Educational travel
- Group travel
- Incentive travel
- Supplier-specific services
4.3 Priority of Invoice and Programme Terms
Any payment conditions stated in:
- Quotations
- Booking confirmations
- Travel programmes
- Charter agreements
- Cruise agreements
- Supplier agreements
- Educational programme agreements
- Invoices
shall prevail over these General Terms & Conditions.
4.4 PAYMENT METHODS AND CURRENCY CONVERSION
Payments may be made using payment methods accepted by ITT Travel Agency at the time of booking, including bank transfer, payment card, online payment systems, or other approved payment methods.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are stated in the currency indicated in the travel documentation.
Any currency conversion, foreign exchange charges, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, card issuer fees, or payment processing fees imposed by financial institutions shall be borne by the traveller.
ITT Travel Agency shall not be responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, banking charges, or differences arising from currency conversion performed by financial institutions or payment providers.
4.5 Failure to Pay
Failure to make payment by the specified due date entitles ITT to:
- Cancel the booking
- Suspend services
- Apply cancellation charges
- Recover outstanding amounts and related costs.
5. ROLE OF ITT TRAVEL AGENCY
5.1 Tour Operator
Where ITT acts as a Tour Operator, it shall organise and provide travel services in accordance with applicable legislation.
5.2 Travel Agent and Intermediary
Where ITT acts solely as:
- Travel agent
- Representative
- Reseller
- Booking agent
- Broker
- Facilitator
- Consultant
- Intermediary
the contract for the relevant service exists directly between the traveller and the supplier.
Supplier-specific terms and conditions shall apply.
5.3 Limitation of Intermediary Liability
Where acting solely as intermediary, ITT shall not be liable for:
- Supplier insolvency
- Overbookings
- Service failures
- Cancellations
- Delays
- Operational decisions
- Schedule changes
- Acts or omissions of suppliers
except where liability is imposed by mandatory law.
6. DESTINATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY (DMC) SERVICES
Where ITT provides DMC services on behalf of another travel agency, tour operator, educational institution, corporation, association, or group organiser, the contracting partner remains responsible for:
- End-client communication
- Passenger data accuracy
- Collection of payments
- Compliance with obligations toward end clients
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ITT shall only be responsible for services specifically contracted and confirmed in writing.
7. PRICING, CURRENCY AND ADJUSTMENTS
7.1 Price Basis
Prices are calculated on the basis of:
- Exchange rates
- Taxes
- Fuel costs
- Transportation costs
- Supplier fees
- Governmental charges
- Port charges
- Airport charges
- Other cost components
prevailing at the time of quotation.
7.2 Price Corrections
ITT reserves the right to correct manifest:
- Pricing errors
- Calculation errors
- Currency conversion errors
- Technical errors
- Typographical errors
- Publication errors
prior to booking confirmation.
7.3 Price Increases
Where permitted by law, ITT may adjust prices prior to departure to reflect significant changes in:
- Exchange rates
- Fuel costs
- Taxes
- Government charges
- Supplier charges
- Other external cost components
Any adjustment shall be communicated together with a reasonable explanation.
8. TAILOR-MADE TRAVEL SERVICES
Tailor-made travel programmes, customised itineraries, consulting services, destination research, supplier sourcing, travel planning, and bespoke travel design involve significant professional time, expertise, and administrative work.
Such services may generate:
- Administrative fees
- Planning fees
- Consultation fees
- Cancellation charges
- Supplier charges
in accordance with these Terms and any specific quotation or agreement.
The Client acknowledges that planning and preparation work may commence immediately upon engagement and prior to travel confirmation.
9. CANCELLATION, TRANSFER AND CHANGES
9.1 Cancellation by Client
The Client may cancel a booking at any time by providing written notice to ITT.
The effective cancellation date shall be the date on which ITT receives the written cancellation notice.
Administrative work, travel planning, supplier coordination, reservation management, itinerary preparation, consulting services, and other preparatory activities commence immediately upon booking.
9.2 Administrative Cancellation Fee
In the event of cancellation, ITT shall be entitled to retain an administrative cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total travel price.
Where the actual documented costs, supplier charges, administrative work, travel planning, consulting services, reservation management, itinerary preparation, or other services performed prior to cancellation exceed the administrative cancellation fee, ITT reserves the right to recover such actual costs, provided that they can be reasonably demonstrated and documented.
9.3 Additional Cancellation Charges
In addition to the administrative fee and actual work performed, the following cancellation charges shall apply unless otherwise stated in the travel documentation:
- 89–60 days before departure: 30% of total travel price
- 59–31 days before departure: 50% of total travel price
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total travel price
- No Show: 100% of total travel price
9.4 Non-Refundable Supplier Costs
Any non-refundable costs already incurred shall remain payable by the Client.
Such costs may include:
- Airline tickets
- Accommodation deposits
- Cruise deposits
- Yacht charter deposits
- Event tickets
- Visa fees
- Insurance premiums
- Bank charges
- Supplier fees
- Administrative expenses
9.5 Supplier Cancellation Terms
Where supplier cancellation terms are stricter than these Terms, the supplier's cancellation terms shall prevail.
10. TRANSFER OF BOOKING TO ANOTHER PERSON
Where permitted by applicable law and supplier conditions, a traveller may transfer their booking to another person who satisfies all applicable travel conditions.
Written notice must be provided within a reasonable period prior to departure.
The original traveller and substitute traveller shall be jointly and severally liable for:
- Outstanding payments
- Supplier charges
- Administrative fees
- Transfer costs
- Additional expenses resulting from the transfer
11. CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT
Requests for changes after booking confirmation may be accepted at the sole discretion of ITT and subject to supplier approval.
Any additional costs arising from requested changes shall be borne by the Client, including:
- Rebooking charges
- Administrative fees
- Fare differences
- Accommodation supplements
- Supplier penalties
- Additional operational costs
Certain services may be non-changeable or non-refundable according to supplier conditions.
12. CHANGES BY ITT AND SUPPLIER SUBSTITUTION
12.1 Changes by ITT
ITT reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to:
- Itineraries
- Schedules
- Accommodations
- Transportation arrangements
- Excursions
- Guides
- Suppliers
- Travel services
where necessary due to operational requirements, safety considerations, regulatory requirements, supplier availability, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
12.2 Supplier Substitution
ITT reserves the right to substitute hotels, transportation providers, guides, vessels, cruise ships, yachts, or other suppliers with comparable alternatives where operationally necessary, provided that the overall standard of the travel service is not materially reduced.
12.3 Significant Changes
Where a significant change occurs prior to departure, ITT shall inform the Client as soon as reasonably possible and provide any remedies required by applicable law.
13. FORCE MAJEURE AND EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES
13.1 Definition
Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to:
- War
- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Political instability
- Government restrictions
- Border closures
- Epidemics
- Pandemics
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Severe weather conditions
- Fires
- Security incidents
- Labour disputes
- Strikes
- Transportation disruptions
- Acts of public authorities
- Technical failures beyond reasonable control
13.2 Consequences
In the event of Force Majeure, ITT may modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel travel services without liability beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
The Client remains liable for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
14. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, VISAS AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
14.1 Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required:
- Passports
- Visas
- Permits
- Vaccination certificates
- Health declarations
- Entry permits
- Parental authorisations
- Other required documentation
14.2 Entry Requirements
Travellers are responsible for verifying:
- Passport validity
- Visa requirements
- Customs regulations
- Health requirements
- Transit requirements
- Entry conditions
applicable to their journey.
14.3 Denied Boarding or Entry
ITT shall not be responsible for:
- Denied boarding
- Denied entry
- Visa refusal
- Deportation
- Missed travel services
- Additional expenses
- Government penalties
arising from failure to satisfy entry requirements.
15. SPECIAL REQUESTS, INSURANCE AND MEDICAL MATTERS
15.1 Special Requests
Special requests including but not limited to:
- Dietary requirements
- Room preferences
- Cabin preferences
- Accessibility requirements
- Religious requirements
- Adjoining rooms
- Early check-in
- Late check-out
- Celebration arrangements
are considered requests only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by ITT.
Failure of a supplier to fulfil a special request shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not entitle the traveller to compensation, cancellation, or refund unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
15.2 Travel Insurance
ITT strongly recommends that all travellers obtain adequate travel insurance covering:
- Medical expenses
- Emergency assistance
- Repatriation
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Personal liability
- Luggage loss or damage
- Accidental injury
Unless specifically stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included in the travel price.
15.3 Medical Emergencies
In the event of illness, injury, accident, hospitalisation, medical evacuation, or other emergency, ITT may assist travellers in contacting:
- Hospitals
- Medical providers
- Emergency services
- Embassies
- Consulates
- Family members
- Insurance providers
Any costs associated with medical treatment, hospitalisation, transportation, evacuation, repatriation, accommodation, or related expenses remain the sole responsibility of the traveller.
ITT shall not be liable for decisions made by medical providers, emergency services, or governmental authorities.
15.4 Special Category Data
Where travellers provide information relating to:
- Health conditions
- Disabilities
- Dietary requirements
- Allergies
- Mobility assistance
- Religious requirements
such information shall be processed solely for the purpose of arranging and delivering the requested travel services and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
16. HEALTH, SAFETY, CONDUCT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
16.1 Fitness to Travel
Travellers confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the booked travel services and activities.
Any medical condition, disability, dietary requirement, allergy, pregnancy-related condition, mobility restriction, or special need that may affect travel arrangements must be disclosed prior to booking or as soon as reasonably possible.
16.2 Health and Safety Obligations
Travellers must comply with all safety instructions issued by:
- Airlines
- Cruise operators
- Yacht crews
- Hotels
- Guides
- Tour leaders
- Transportation providers
- Local authorities
- Emergency services
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in exclusion from certain activities or services without entitlement to compensation.
16.3 Assumption of Risk
Travel may involve inherent risks including but not limited to:
- Walking on uneven surfaces
- Hiking activities
- Water-based activities
- Yacht and cruise travel
- Sports and recreational activities
- Transportation services
- Weather-related conditions
- Natural environments
- Historic sites and monuments
Travellers participate in such activities at their own risk and remain responsible for exercising reasonable care, judgment, and personal responsibility throughout the journey.
16.4 Limitation Regarding Personal Injuries
ITT shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, losses, damages, delays, or other incidents resulting from:
- Traveller negligence
- Failure to follow instructions
- Pre-existing medical conditions
- Participation in optional activities
- Acts of third parties
- Force Majeure events
- Circumstances beyond ITT's reasonable control
Without limitation, ITT shall not be responsible where a traveller suffers injury due to slipping, falling, loss of balance, sporting activities, recreational activities, or similar incidents occurring during travel, except where such injury results directly from proven negligence of ITT and where liability cannot be excluded by law.
17. OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES, YACHT CHARTERS AND CRUISES
17.1 Optional Activities
Activities not expressly included in the travel contract are considered optional and are provided by independent suppliers.
Participation in optional activities is entirely at the traveller's own risk.
17.2 Yacht Charter Services
Yacht charter services remain subject to:
- Weather conditions
- Maritime regulations
- Port authority requirements
- Safety regulations
- Operational considerations
- Decisions of the captain
The captain retains ultimate authority regarding:
- Navigation
- Passenger safety
- Route changes
- Harbour selection
- Weather-related decisions
- Operational matters
The captain's decision shall be final and binding for all passengers.
Route modifications, delays, alternative ports, or itinerary changes made for safety reasons shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, or refund.
17.3 Cruise Services
Cruise operators may modify:
- Embarkation ports
- Disembarkation ports
- Ports of call
- Sailing schedules
- Itineraries
- Cabin allocations
- Onboard services
without prior notice.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation where made by the cruise operator.
18. LUGGAGE, PERSONAL PROPERTY, LOST DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOGRAPHY
18.1 Luggage and Personal Property
Travellers remain responsible for their luggage and personal belongings at all times.
ITT shall not be liable for:
- Lost luggage
- Delayed luggage
- Damaged luggage
- Theft
- Personal property losses
- Forgotten belongings
except where liability is imposed by mandatory law.
18.2 Loss of Passports and Travel Documents
Travellers are solely responsible for safeguarding:
- Passports
- Visas
- Tickets
- Identity documents
- Vaccination certificates
- Travel documentation
Any costs associated with replacement, recovery, accommodation, transportation, delays, or missed services shall be borne by the traveller.
18.3 Photography, Video and Promotional Content
During tours, cruises, educational programmes, incentive travel, yacht charters, events, and other travel experiences organised by ITT, photographs and video recordings may be created for marketing, promotional, editorial, educational, and business purposes.
Such materials may be published through:
- Company websites
- Social media platforms
- Newsletters
- Promotional brochures
- Presentations
- Marketing campaigns
- Printed materials
- Digital publications
- Trade fairs
- Industry events
Travellers who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify ITT in writing prior to commencement of travel.
ITT will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
19. GROUP TRAVEL, EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL, SCHOOL GROUPS AND MINORS
For school trips, educational travel, Erasmus programmes, youth travel, and similar arrangements:
- Schools
- Educational institutions
- Teachers
- Group leaders
- Parents
- Guardians
remain responsible for supervision, conduct, welfare, discipline, and behaviour of participating minors.
ITT acts solely within the scope of the contracted travel services.
The group organiser is responsible for providing:
- Accurate rooming lists
- Passenger information
- Dietary requirements
- Emergency contacts
- Required authorisations
within the deadlines specified by ITT.
Additional costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or late submissions shall be borne by the client.
19.1 GROUP LEADERS AND GROUP ORGANISERS
For adult group travel, incentive travel, association travel, corporate travel, special-interest groups, and similar arrangements, the designated group leader or organiser shall act as the primary contact person between the group and ITT Travel Agency.
The group leader shall be responsible for communicating relevant travel information to participants, collecting required information, and assisting with coordination of the group.
ITT Travel Agency shall be entitled to rely upon information, instructions, approvals, and decisions communicated by the designated group leader unless otherwise agreed in writing.
20. COMPLAINTS, CLAIMS, REFUNDS AND LIABILITY
20.1 On-Trip Complaints
Complaints must be reported immediately to the relevant supplier and to ITT in order to allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation.
20.2 Post-Trip Complaints
Formal written complaints must be submitted within sixty (60) days after completion of travel and accompanied by supporting documentation.
Failure to comply with this requirement may prejudice the traveller's rights.
20.3 Unused Services
No refund shall be granted for:
- Unused services
- Missed departures
- Missed transfers
- Late arrivals
- Early departures
- Voluntary withdrawal from the programme
unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
20.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITT's liability for loss or damage arising from travel services shall be limited to direct losses only.
Save for cases involving personal injury, death, fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, ITT's maximum aggregate financial liability arising from any contractual breach, performance failure, travel service, or booking shall not exceed three (3) times the total travel price paid by the Client for the relevant travel service.
ITT shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential losses
- Business losses
- Reputational losses
- Emotional distress
- Loss of enjoyment
- Economic losses
except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, international conventions, or applicable consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these General Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.20.5 Supplier Liability
Claims arising from performance of suppliers, including airlines, cruise operators, yacht charter operators, hotels, transportation providers, and local operators, shall primarily be pursued against the relevant supplier.
21. PRIVACY, MEMBERSHIP, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMMUNICATIONS
21.1 Data Protection
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
- Slovenian Personal Data Protection legislation (ZVOP-2)
- ITT Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
21.2 GoExclusive Club Membership
Membership benefits, privileges, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and special services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
Membership does not create a contractual entitlement to any specific benefit.
Separate Membership Terms may apply.
21.3 Intellectual Property
All content published by ITT, SLS Travel, and GoExclusive Club remains the property of ITT or its licensors.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
21.4 Electronic Communications
The Client agrees that communications may be conducted electronically.
Invoices, confirmations, vouchers, travel documents, amendments, and notices delivered electronically shall be deemed valid and binding to the extent permitted by law.
21.5 COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
ITT Travel Agency may communicate with travellers through email, telephone, messaging applications, online booking systems, customer portals, and other reasonable communication channels.
While ITT Travel Agency strives to respond promptly to enquiries, response times may vary depending on workload, time zones, weekends, public holidays, travel operations, and supplier availability.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ITT Travel Agency does not guarantee immediate responses outside normal business hours.
Emergency matters occurring during travel should be reported through the emergency contact channels provided in the travel documentation.
22. DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS, INSOLVENCY PROTECTION AND FINAL PROVISIONS
22.1 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Travellers agree to contact ITT and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve disputes before initiating:
- Chargebacks
- Payment disputes
- Cardholder claims
- Banking disputes
Nothing in this clause limits statutory consumer rights.
22.2 Insolvency Protection
Where required by law, ITT maintains insolvency protection and financial guarantees for package travel arrangements.
Details of applicable protection may be provided in travel documentation.
22.3 Sanctions and International Restrictions
ITT reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel bookings where required by:
- International sanctions
- Government restrictions
- Export control regulations
- Anti-money laundering requirements
- Other legal obligations
Refunds and obligations shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and supplier conditions.
22.4 Language
These Terms may be translated into other languages.
In the event of any discrepancy, the Slovenian language version shall prevail unless mandatory law applicable to the traveller requires otherwise.
22.5 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
22.6 Jurisdiction
The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
For business-to-business relationships, including travel agencies, educational institutions, corporations, suppliers, and business partners, the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer protection legislation.
22.7 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22.8 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with:

- Quotations
- Booking confirmations
- Invoices
- Vouchers
- Supplier conditions
- Membership Terms
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy
constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

23. ACCESSIBILITY AND ASSISTANCE FOR TRAVELLERS WITH DISABILITIES
ITT Travel Agency is committed to making travel services as accessible as reasonably possible.
Travellers requiring special assistance, mobility support, medical equipment, accessible accommodation, adapted transportation, dietary accommodations, or other accessibility-related services must notify ITT Travel Agency at the time of booking or as soon as reasonably possible.
The availability of accessibility services depends upon the facilities, equipment, and capabilities of independent suppliers.
While ITT Travel Agency will make reasonable efforts to arrange requested services, availability cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
ITT Travel Agency shall not be responsible for inaccuracies, limitations, or failures of accessibility services provided by independent suppliers.
24. FRAUD PREVENTION AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION
ITT Travel Agency reserves the right to request identity verification, proof of payment, proof of card ownership, passport copies, travel documentation, or other information necessary to verify the legitimacy of a booking.
ITT Travel Agency may refuse, suspend, cancel, or delay any booking where fraud, payment irregularities, stolen payment instruments, identity theft, chargeback abuse, suspicious activity, or other unlawful conduct is reasonably suspected.
Any resulting losses, costs, fees, supplier charges, or penalties may be recovered from the responsible party where permitted by law.
25. REFUND PROCESSING
Where a refund is due under these General Terms & Conditions, applicable law, supplier conditions, or a specific agreement, ITT Travel Agency shall process the refund within a reasonable period and generally within thirty (30) days after determining the amount payable.
Refund processing may be subject to receipt of funds from suppliers, banking procedures, payment provider processing times, and applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in this clause shall limit any mandatory refund rights granted by applicable law.
26. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
Consumers residing within the European Union may access the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform for the resolution of consumer disputes.

Use of the platform is voluntary and does not affect the rights of either party to pursue legal remedies before competent authorities or courts.
27. NO WAIVER
Failure by ITT Travel Agency to enforce any provision of these General Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of ITT Travel Agency.
A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
28. DATA PROCESSING FOR BUSINESS CLIENTS
Where ITT Travel Agency processes personal data on behalf of a travel agency, educational institution, corporation, association, business partner, or other legal entity, the parties may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where required by applicable data protection legislation.
Nothing in these General Terms & Conditions shall replace or modify obligations arising under applicable data protection laws.
29. INSOLVENCY PROTECTION INFORMATION
Where required by applicable law, ITT Travel Agency maintains insolvency protection and financial guarantees for package travel arrangements.
Details regarding the applicable guarantee provider, insurance provider, guarantee references, and financial protection arrangements shall be provided through booking documentation, booking confirmations, travel programmes, invoices, contracts, or other travel documentation.
30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND NON-RELIANCE
These General Terms & Conditions, together with travel programmes, quotations, booking confirmations, invoices, vouchers, supplier conditions, Membership Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any written agreements between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
No verbal statements, informal communications, WhatsApp messages, social media communications, marketing materials, brochures, presentations, or representations shall modify these General Terms & Conditions unless expressly confirmed in writing by ITT Travel Agency.
The parties acknowledge that they have not relied upon any representation, statement, promise, or assurance not expressly contained within the contractual documentation.
31. FINAL INTERPRETATION
These Additional Legal Provisions form an integral part of the General Terms & Conditions and shall be interpreted together with Parts 1, 2, and 3 as a single contractual document.
Where a conflict exists, mandatory legal provisions shall prevail.
