Financial protection at ITT Travel Agency, SLS Travel, and GoExclusive Club is governed by applicable Slovenian and European Union legislation, including the provisions of the EU Package Travel Directive and related traveller protection regulations.
Where ITT, Turistične agencije, Marija Šepetavc Turković, s.p. acts as the organiser of a package travel arrangement, we maintain the legally required insolvency protection through an approved guarantee provider in accordance with applicable law. Details regarding the applicable guarantee, protection provider, certificate references, and contact information are provided within booking confirmations, invoices, travel programmes, contracts, or other travel documentation where required.
Where ITT acts solely as an intermediary, booking agent, facilitator, or representative of third-party suppliers, financial protection may be provided directly by the relevant supplier, including airlines, cruise companies, hotels, resorts, yacht operators, destination management companies (DMCs), transportation providers, event organisers, or other travel service providers. In such cases, ITT shall not be responsible for the financial performance, insolvency, or contractual obligations of the independent supplier.
Financial protection applies only to those elements of a booking that qualify for protection under applicable legislation and within the scope prescribed by law.
Financial protection does not replace comprehensive travel insurance, cancellation insurance, medical insurance, baggage insurance, or other optional insurance products. Travellers are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance appropriate to their individual circumstances and destination.
